When the Registry Editor opens, click Registry > Export Registry File (Windows XP users click on File > Export), choose a filename and location to save the file, and then click the save button to save the file. In the RUN dialog box, erase anything that is currently in the Open: field, and then Type in regedit and click Ok.ĥ. If you don't have this you need to get the admin to do it for you. This requires admin and knowledge of how to edit the registry. I'll post the instructions for versions 8 and 9, which is all they give. but I can't go back and search and find it.
